All prices are\u00a0 including VAT, free shipping within the Nordic countries. Shipping to other countries is NOK 100, -. If the customer wishes to cancel a purchase, that is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused and undamaged, ear piercing should not be tested in the ear (for hygienic reasons).<\/p>\n<p>The customer will contact IGJ Design by mail\u00a0 within the deadline, the customer pays to return\u00a0 the item with a completed cancellation form. Exhange to another product at the same value or a refound of the payment is possible.<\/p>\n<p>Canceled purchases is not possible regarding to custom-designed jewelry. Then the jewelry is made in cooperation with the customer&#8217;s wishes. In some cases, if the order is very time consuming \/ expensive, 30% of the\u00a0 value will be required as prepayment.<\/p>\n<p>Special orders where the customer orders unique jewelry or gift cards other than the standard amount is paid by invoice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the customer believes an item is incorrect or has fault, please contact IGJ Design immediately and describe the error. The product will be repaired or replaced with a new item, or payment will be refound.
