IGJ design is committed to that all products are delivered in high quality. Satisfied customers are important! If, for various reasons, the customer is dissatisfied with the product or regret ordering, apply this guideline:
Terms of purchase / returns
Purchase in the online store is prepayment. All prices are including VAT, free shipping within the Nordic countries. Shipping to other countries is NOK 100, -. If the customer wishes to cancel a purchase, that is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused and undamaged, ear piercing should not be tested in the ear (for hygienic reasons).
The customer will contact IGJ Design by mail within the deadline, the customer pays to return the item with a completed cancellation form. Exhange to another product at the same value or a refound of the payment is possible.
Canceled purchases is not possible regarding to custom-designed jewelry. Then the jewelry is made in cooperation with the customer’s wishes. In some cases, if the order is very time consuming / expensive, 30% of the value will be required as prepayment.
Special orders where the customer orders unique jewelry or gift cards other than the standard amount is paid by invoice.
Complaints
If the customer believes an item is incorrect or has fault, please contact IGJ Design immediately and describe the error. The product will be repaired or replaced with a new item, or payment will be refound. It is not a matter of complain if the product has been exposed to something that the product is not suitable for.
